Just in time for Fall, new chefs are coming on to the scene all across downtown Savannah. There are several who have been in town a very short time, the latest is at Pacci Italian Kitchen and Bar inside The Brice Hotel.
Brian Cripps is the new Executive Chef at Pacci. Cripps comes to PACCI from California, with a depth of culinary experience and classical training from some of America’s best chefs, working directly with Ludo Lefevbre at Petit Trois and Trois Mec in Los Angeles and more.
Cripps will be unveiling his unique culinary style in new menus early this fall, which will include expanded local, direct sourcing and more house made ingredients, such as daily made pastas and pizzas.
