We put Garibaldi on Savannah’s Mt Rushmore of fine dining restaurants. Who are the others? Elizabeth on 37th, Vic’s on the River and The Olde Pink House. Each of them excellent in their own way. Why Mt Rushmore? Pretty simple. Those guys have been around and doing it well long before food became a thing in Savannah. They’ve earned their reputations. They deserve them. Garibaldi is a beautiful space where attention to detail is lost on no one. The food is top shelf. The cocktail program equally as impressive. They have a nice selection of seafood dishes, plus you can likely count on some specials. Crispy scored flounder is probably the most popular, but everything you have will be great.
