The locals will tell you Foxy Loxy is a hipster coffee house. Not entirely untrue, but that isn’t the only crowd that visits there and for good reason. Foxy Loxy is the original house that spawned a slew of coffee hang outs downtown. Located across the street from the Savannah Public Library’s main branch and adjacent to SCAD classroom buildings, it is home to a studious crowd, no question. Earbuds, laptops and beards are the norm. It’s a beautifully restored Victorian house in a great neighborhood. Possibly the best back yard garden for beers, wine or coffee in the city.
