Of all of the spots in this list, Fork and Dagger is the new guy. Only open a very short time, owner Brian Torres is a transplanted Brooklyn guy who understanding the meaning of a good sandwich. Breakfast sandwiches and lunch bites are great. Most importantly, a great value. Probably the best value downtown Savannah. Most, if not all of the sandwiches at Fork and Dagger can be had for under $10. That includes a side. Reubens (Turkey Reuben pictured), Cubans, Pork Belly cheese steak. All of them are wonderful. Located 1 block off of Forsyth Park, Fork and Dagger is a perfect place to call in an order, pick it up and walk over to the park and sit under the Spanish Moss and enjoy the afternoon.
