Eating and Liking with Food Trucks

Thanks for joining us for our closer look at some of the better food trucks in the Savannah area. There are a ton of choices on the road. How do you narrow it down? Well, there is trial and error, but that can get expensive.  It doesn’t matter how you go about it about it, just enjoy this latest evolution of the regions food culture. It can be a lot of fun. Listed in no particular order…

*Big Boy Cookies – Some of the best cookies in the area. Truck or otherwise. No question. Working on a storefront in Statesboro sometime in the Fall of 2017.

*The Big Cheese – The Big Cheese is a grilled cheese food truck out of Savannah. Only been on the street a short time.  Give ’em a shot.

*Big Bon Pizza – Without question the start of this particular episode. Kay Heritage and her family are learning the ropes for classic neopolitan pizza from a wood burning oven on the back of a trailer. They are fantastic.
