Thanks for joining us for our Gluten Free episode. There are a ton of places where you can get gluten free items that are very good. Especially at the higher end restaurants. We only have time for a few, so these are some you probably didn’t know about.
Charlotte’s Confections – Charlotte’s is a tiny, no-frills bakery in an old shopping center on Wilmington Island. Due to popular demand, she began expanding her gluten free offerings. She hopes to have a 50/50 split on her menu soon.
The Coffee Fox/Foxy Loxy – The Fox empire continues to grow across Savannah. Two locations already and two more on the way. They offer a lot of great munchies including gluten free items. Those change regularly, but that peanut butter cookie is outstanding.
Natural Selections Cafe – Davida Harris recently opened Savannah’s first 100% Vegan full scale restaurant. It’s fantastic. Plain and simple. She’s located on Bull Street in Savannah’s Victorian District.
