We’ve had some fun cooking over the years on Eat It and Like It. Here are a few of our favorite Christmas recipes.
Chef Peter Russo from 700 Drayton Cooking School Linguini and Clams
1 cup flour
When you crack the egg one half of the shell water the other half of the shell olive oil
1 pinch of salt
Start by meeting the pasta in a bowl for five minutes then move to countertop and need till soft note not to software it sticks to your hand and not to hardware crumbles apart.
10 littleneck clams
1/3 cup butter
1 onion diced
3 cloves garlic chopped
Dry white wine
1 cup clam juice
1 bunch of parsley
1 Lemon for zest thing.
Preparation for the sauce
Sauté onions and garlic with the butter ones translucent add clams White wine cook white wine for one minute and clam juice and cook till clams open ones clams of open set clams into bowl for serving and lemon zest and parsley to finish.
Once pasta is floating place in sauce and plate sauce and pasta into bowl with clams are and enjoy.
