Sharing information these days has become all about lists. Any trip through social media is will give you anything from 5 things you are doing right now to keep you from losing weight all the way up to 10 ways to stay married forever. Of course, this is a product of the information age. The more information we have, the more people want to just plow through it. More more more. Always.
That said, I see lists about food all of the time. 25 Top Steakhouses in America is a favorite. There are untold numbers of versions of that list flying around the internet. Everyone has an opinion. Many times, a handful of spots will overlap. That’s when you know you are on to something.
I came across a list of great burgers in Atlanta recently and I was absolutely impressed. The one in the photo is from Holeman and Finch, maybe the best Gastropub in the state. I can’t say I have tried them all, but I can say the ones I haven’t are on my radar to try.
