Artisan Breads for Sale

You may not know that Savannah Technical College and it’s fantastic Chef Jean Vendeville have started at baking and pastry program at the school.  They have, indeed and it has become extremely popular.   I’m going to do some digging around and find out exactly what it is all about in the near future, but for now, I thought I’d let you know that they are taking the fruits of their labors and sharing them with you.

Between now and Thanksgiving week Savannah Tech will be taking special orders for their breads, pies and cakes.  No question they will be cheaper than you will find around town and I am sure the quality is wonderful because Chef Jean demands nothing but the best.  Dinner rolls, Focaccia, Challah, Cheesecakes, Pumpkin Pies….they are doing it all at Savannah Tech and making them available to you.
